Refund policy

You can exchange your order within 2 days from date of delivery.

Orders eligible for exchange are as follows:

- if the garment is unworn

- security tags and labels must be attached

You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely

All exchanges are based on stock availability.

If the replacement costs more, you will have to pay the difference.

Generally, exchanges take 7-8 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area

In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into the customer’s store wallet within 7 working days.
